Original Garlic Wafter

These are centred around long-matured garlic, with a flavour that is rich, mellow and gently sweet. The maturation process not only changes the taste of garlic but also the minerals and nutrients available and significantly enhances its bioactive nature.  The liquid is quite unique; produced in-house, it is wonderfully sweet, dark and sticky. The addition of a little molasses, maple extract, vanillin, lactone-based sweeteners and natural sugars completes this super sweet and outrageously unique hookbait.

There is NO cheap garlic essential oil in this bait; the steam or ethanol used to make that kind of oil destroys the allicin within the garlic, rendering it smelly but pointless. I use stabilised allicin, the cost of which puts it well beyond mass production!

Additive/Attractor pack: fermented black garlic, talin, stabilised allicin, flavouring, lactones, molasses, vanillin, yeast and our own blend of oils.
