IN USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Bait Room reserves the right to refuse any or part of any order or to gather information before fully processing an order. Goods are sold to end users only; products are not for commercial re-sale or to be used as prizes in competitions (or similar) for commercial gain. Any suspected transactions will be cancelled and refunded without notice.

The Bait Room is the owner of all intellectual property rights on this site and the material published within. The website's images, text and product names are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved. Trademarks and copyrights are expensive and will be rigorously defended.

All stated sizes and quantities are approximate but within acceptable industry standards; in many cases, we are over, not under.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received from The Bait Room or if they are faulty, please return the complete order in full, in original undamaged packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received the returned goods and inspected them, we will then issue a full refund (including postage) as long as the above-mentioned criteria have been met.

The Bait Room will exchange or refund goods ordered by mistake or because you change your mind; however, you will be liable for all extra postage costs incurred by doing so.

The Bait Room is not liable for late delivery. We dispatch all items within 4 business days from receipt of order using DPD local services. You will be provided with delivery updates via text (assuming you entered a mobile number at checkout) and email direct from DPD local.

Risk & Responsibility for Safe Place Delivery: If you choose to request, divert, or pre-authorise a delivery to an unattended "safe place," outdoor area, or nominated neighbour—either during checkout or directly via the courier (including DPD, EVRi, Royal Mail, or other partners)—all risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you immediately upon the courier dropping off the parcel at that location. Requesting an outdoor or unattended delivery location authorises the courier to leave the parcel within or at the immediate entry point of that designated area. Minor variations in exact placement (for example, a parcel left at a garden gate or doorstep rather than behind a pot plant) do not invalidate delivery. We and our couriers are not responsible for securing your property or guaranteeing specific placement within an unsecure area. A timestamped photograph, GPS log, or scan provided by the courier confirming drop-off at or immediately adjacent to your requested safe place serves as conclusive proof of successful delivery. We accept no liability for missing or stolen items following documented drop-off to a customer-nominated safe place. Furthermore, if you formally declare or imply to us or the courier that a parcel was missing or stolen following a safe-place delivery, you explicitly acknowledge non-possession of the goods. Any subsequent attempt to alter or open a payment dispute under the category of 'Significantly Not as Described' or 'Defective' will be treated as fraudulent claim manipulation. In such cases, your prior written statements of non-receipt will be submitted to the payment processor, bank, and relevant fraud prevention authorities as definitive evidence of fraud.

The Bait Room will only supply the goods that are ordered. Do not try and make changes to the order via the Additional Notes section of the PayPal transaction. If you have made a mistake, please use the Contact section of the website.

There may be slight colour and smell variations from batch to batch. Why? Fish-based products, plant extracts and spices, etc. can vary in colour and odour, which may produce slight variations.
